- Our warranty covers defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase.
- Each product will show its warranty period on the product page or invoice.
- If your item has a valid warranty issue, we will arrange repair or service.

Before sending your device, please remove passwords and backup your personal data.
- Global Coverage

Warranty support is based on manufacturer coverage and applies internationally.
- Repair Time
- Once the repair center receives the item, it will be inspected and diagnosed.

Normally repairs take around 18 business days, sometimes slightly more depending on parts availability.
- Shipping Costs
- If the item is still under warranty and the issue is covered by warranty, shipping will be free (only within the same country of purchase).

If the item is sent from a different country, shipping will not be covered.
Repair Cost
If the item is under warranty and the issue is covered → repair is free
If the item cannot be repaired but warranty is valid → replacement or refund will be arranged
If the issue is not covered / warranty void → customer will receive a repair quotation and can choose to proceed (paid) or return the item without repair
The repair center requires your correct contact details to return the product after repair
Warranty does not extend or renew after repair or replacement
Customer information provided must be correct
Damage due to misuse or not following usage instructions
Liquid damage
Unauthorized repair or modification
Using product for non-approved purposes (example: using GPU for crypto mining)
Products not packed safely when sending back and damaged in transit
